Pea Shoots:
Pea shoots contain nutrients to support healthy blood sugar metabolism. The high folate content protects cells from DNA damage associated with numerous chronic diseases. They are heart-healthy absorbable vitamin K to regulate blood clotting and high fibre content. The choline also supports fat metabolism in the liver.
Red Radish:
Radishes are a rich source of compounds called glucosinolates, shown to combat carcinogens. Radish, like all microgreens, are rich in fibre, which support healthy intestinal movement and purge stagnant food. Radish microgreens can help to thin mucous and eliminate phlegm. Sunflower microgreens have a sweet and warming thermal nature. They are a complete protein, meaning they contain all the essential amino acids.
