Deliviries are FREE for orders over $20. There is a $10.00 delivery charge for orders below $20.
What is the minimum order price?
There is NO minimum order price!
How are deliveries made?
To ensure freshness and quality of our produce, we personally make each delivery to your door step. Each order is placed in a container which is packed in a paper bag to keep your produce safe.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we are delivering to households in Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Aurora, New Market, Mississauga and Oakville. If you are living outside these areas in GTA and want delivery, please contact us to discuss options.
When do you deliver?
To have the freshest products possible we try to make all deliveries on harvest date, every Thursday. However, if we can't deliver due to high demand on Thursday we make sure you get your microgreens on the next day, Friday.
What time do you deliver?
We are working very hard to ensure harvest day (every Thursday) delivery. Deliveries are usually made between 11:00 am and 9:00 pm. If we can’t deliver your order the same day, we’ll make sure you get it the next day.
What if I'm not home when you deliver?
If no one will be available to pickup our delivery and refrigerate, please leave an insulated grocery bag at your door and we will put your order in it. This will keep your microgreens safe from Canadian summer heat or winter cold!

How often a new harvest is available for sale?
A fresh harvest goes on sale every THURSDAY! Follow our social media or subscribe to our newsletter to get reminders about our harvest dates.
When is the harvest date?
Every THURSDAY we have a new harvest. And we deliver on every THURSDAY or FRIDAY to bring you the freshest microgreens.
What precautions have been taken for COVID-19?
On top of our rigorous health and cleaning procedures for farming, we have implemented below steps to ensure your safety:
1- Limited Access: We have limited the number of people who has access to all of our germination and farming areas.
2- Contactless Payment: We do not accept payments at the door.
3- Contactless Delivery: All of our orders are delivered contactless. Orders are dropped to your door step.
Why can’t I find the same produce I bought last harvest?
Each harvest we try to make sure a variety of microgreens are available for you. During COVID-19, seed manufacturers are having trouble to keep up with demand thus affecting our ability to serve same produce constantly.
Why do you sell packages instead of trays?
We are selling our produce in packages to ensure each customer gets the exact amount listed. In tray sales, each tray may vary in amount even between same produce.
Do I need to wash your microgreens before consumption?
Since we produce hydroponically, dust, dirt or soil residue will NOT exist on our microgreens. However, just to be on the safe side, we recommend you wash our microgreens before eating. Remember to wash only the amount you are going to consume, not the whole package as washing and refrigerating afterwards will significantly shorten the freshness of our produce.
Can I cancel/change my order before delivery?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it leaves for delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t change your order. If you would like to add or deduct a product, you have to place a new order after we cancel your first one. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure you reach us before your package leaves for delivery.
How do I use my discount code?
During check-out, please write your code in “discount code” box at the “information” stage and press “apply”. Your discount will be added automatically. You can only use one discount code per order. Please make sure your discount code doesn’t bring you down the free shipping threshold if you had qualified before the discount.
What is your return policy?
As we control all steps on your orders (manufacturing, packaging and delivery) we quality control each step and ensure you receive highest quality produce. Thus, we do not offer returns once an order leaves for delivery. If you have any problems please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve your issue.
